If you need to prepare for a specific test or refine your writing skills—such as learning how to write a formal letter or email—then this course is for you. Text corrections and translations are welcome too!
Cancellation Policy
- Students must provide at least 6 hours' notice to reschedule a lesson, and cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Failure to give sufficient notice may result in the lesson being charged in full. - Spanish with Paula reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. If applicable, students may rebook the same value lesson within their credit limit. - The teacher will wait up to 15 minutes for the student. If the student has not arrived within this time, the class will be considered completed. - Refunds are only issued under specific conditions, such as cancellations made with proper notice. - No refunds are given for missed lessons. If a student does not attend or provide prior notice, the full lesson fee will be charged. - Classes that have already occurred are non-refundable. However, if a student purchases a package of 5 or more lessons, they may receive a refund for any unused classes. *See more in our T&Cs.
